The World Professional Boxing Federation or WPBF, as well as United States Boxing Council or USBC was formerly a Virginia,USA-based non-profit governing body that sanctions world title championships. Since December 19,2007,the World Boxing Empire (WBE) officially signed agreement that incorporated with the World Professional Boxing Federation (WPBF) & United States Boxing Council (USBC). Whereafter,the WPBF/USBC was duly registered non-profit governing body in the New York State Athletic Commission and the Association of Boxing Commissions. The WPBF/USBC is the most democratically representative international institution in professional boxing industry . It is dedicated to promoting and serving the sport of professional boxing, promulgate monthly official ratings, effective protect and ensure the safety and welfare of boxers, implementing safety measures for the protection of the sport of boxing in general, and implementing fairness and equal opportunities at all times in boxing, impartially, honestly and fairly to everybody, and exercise its authority active regulate control and supervise professional boxing in its respective jurisdictions, throughout the Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and Latin America. Its main aim of WPBF/USBC which is to become one of the most active and prestigious in the world, and to extend the development space of the professional boxing in the world, and to encourage more qualified the Promoters, Managers, Ring Officials, Ringside Physicians, Trainers and Enthusiasts of professional boxing to work under the aegis of WPBF/USBC, and to strengthen the WPBF/USBC in the boxing world together making it stronger, more powerful, more prestigious sanction body, and to encourage more the corporate sponsors, television networks and fans to actively participate and support the development of the sport of professional boxing in the world.

Therefore, further we are assisting and encouraging those yet didn't develop the countries of the professional boxing sport. We would like to provide those countries some special treatments, assist those countries to develop the professional boxing industry, and to provide more opportunities of development and exposure for all the member of the WPBF/USBC , to utilise boxing to promote a deeper friendship, solidarity, international respect and goodwill between countries neighbours, through the unity of a united boxing family, and to oppose any race, nationality or religion discrimination.
