The WPBF-USBC is the most democratically representative institution in professional boxing. It is dedicated to:
， To make professional boxing as safe a sport as possible for boxers, enhance health and safety of boxers, and to promote boxer's welfare;
， To utilise boxing to promote a deeper friendship, solidarity, international respect and goodwill among countries, through the unity of a united boxing family, and to oppose any race, nationality or religion discrimination;
， To establish a uniform, fair and equitable rating systems for the various weight divisions in boxing;
， To keep professional boxing all activities connected therewith, clean, fair and equitable to all parties concerned;
， To promote and obtain efficiency and harmony in the control and supervision of professional men's and women's boxing throughout the world;
， To establish uniform procedures for the conduct of championship contests, and to optimal maintain the safety and welfare of boxers;
， To study and encourage the development of amateur boxing; ， To certify and recognize championship contests in various weight division for the world championship contests ;
， To recognize best boxer in various weight division as the world champion;
， To affiliate or establish liaison with other organizations throughout the world having similar objectives
， To enhance optimal quality of professional boxing all over the world,and getting more promotional opportunities for all members;
， To implement safety measures for the protection of the sport of professional boxing in general;
， To promote equal rights at all times in boxing, impartially, honestly and fairly to everybody;
， To support the achievement of social, economic and human development and peace goals, and to actively encourages to reach the Millennium Development Goals for development, health and peace.
