This committee shall be composed of seven (7) Members ,and not less than two Members of the Executive Committee, shall be responsible for formulating recommendations to the Federation to enhance the quality of officiating at all levels, and issue license certificates to qualified and approved ring officials, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Federation. And this committee shall evaluate the performances of referees and judges for the optimization and improvement of officials for the sake of safety and justice.
